Welcome to Earthstone Soap Company!  We are delighted to have you as a customer.  On this page you will find our store policies.  Please take a few minutes to review them.

PLEASE REVIEW THE INGREDIENTS CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.  This is very important as some of our products may contain ingredients that are known allergens to some individuals, such as tree nut oils, animal products, and/or lanolin.  

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any kind.  We do, however, value our customers and want to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase. So, please be sure to read the ingredients before you buy.  Feel free to email me if you have any questions about a product's ingredients, fragrance, etc.  that you're unsure about.

We try to ship your products as quickly as we can which is generally between 1 - 3 business days.
